Business Plans for Action –
Design your business or career from the inside out. At the end of the
workshop (which includes a follow-up planning session), participants will
have a personal business plan to be used as a focusing tool for creating
specific actions to drive their businesses and careers forward. This
program is designed to keep participants in action, and it can be
enhanced by working with your accountant to add financial information to
create the more “traditional” business plan.
Moving Targets –
Gain an understanding of change and create an action plan for the change
you and your group are currently undergoing. By the end of the program,
participants will be able to explain the difference between change and transition, develop an action plan for
initiating or responding to change, manage others who are working
through change and address the demands of continuous change.
Participants will leave the program with an action plan to get them
through their current change.
Peer
to Peer Coaching –
Design a program for your organization that creates a strong performance
environment by linking employees’ strengths to those of their peers.
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to explain peer coaching, list desirable
characteristics of a peer coach, identify at least six skills which the
peer coaches in their organization will use, and list three ways in
which peer coaching can be used in the organization. In addition, they
will create a plan of action for initiating a peer coaching program
IMPROVing Team Dynamics –
Energize your employees and create shifts in behavior using
improvisation games. Each of these workshops meets specific
organizational needs. Basic warm-up activities are consistent from
workshop to workshop. However, advanced activities and lessons learned
vary.
