About Us

Once upon a time, a young woman entered college with the dream of becoming a math professor.  She emerged, three years later, with a degree in Business Administration specializing in accounting.  She landed a good job in a large corporation and spent the next 26 years achieving, by her family and many of her friends’ standards, a successful career.

The company trained her, in her roles as team leader and supervisor, to coach and counsel employees to maintain high levels of performance.  Her passion for learning brought her a M.Ed. in instructional technology focusing on designing instruction for adult learners.  And her desire to learn how to live in the moment (and perform) took her to the Second City Training Center where she completed the Amateur- and Conservatory-level improvisation programs as well as the writing program.

Her true passion for, and interest in, learning and performance eventually became too powerful to ignore.  She left the safety of the corporate world and enrolled in CoachU’s training program.

Stella Woitulewicz is the founder of Info-to-Action Coaching, LLC, and the main character in this story.   She thrives on seeing or hearing the lights go on in people’s heads when they grasp a new concept or make a new connection.

She enjoys helping people identify their strengths and use them to design a work environment that invigorates them.  Instead of looking for what’s wrong and fixing it, she helps her clients find what’s right and build on it.

A lifelong learner herself, Stella believes so strongly in adult development, she does it in her spare time.  She’s a volunteer trainer for a local youth organization and received certification as an Instructor of Trainers.

Stella’s love for performance extends beyond the world of work.  She’s active in several community theaters and stays involved both on stage and behind the scenes.  And, she took her first dance lesson at, well, a few decades beyond the typical starting time.

If you want to see Stella sparkle, ask her about the role of improvisation in everyday life!
